Covid Secure (how we are dealing with the new normal)

We know that this a nervous time for many, Our customers can feel safe in the knowledge that we are applying the Covid Secure system to our practices, with distancing and sanitary upscaled hygiene, you can be comfortable in the knowledge that we are working tirelessly to ensure that standards of hygiene are maintained.

We would ask that if any member of your household is in quarantine, isolating in the shielding group or recently returned from a trip outwith the UK, that you advise us accordingly.

Specific measures to assist in carrying out works in a safe and sanitary way are being employed across all services, whilst ensuring that we are protecting your home for you.

Face Masks are used where there is the potential of coming into contact with persons in the immediate vicinity, within 2m as advised by the Scottish Government, gloves are worn where fixtures are physically touched, such as a door or window to be opened, cleaned with a sanitary antibacterial wipe following opening, leaving the handled element free from any potential foreign bacteria.

Standard shoe covers are worn, with the exception of wet and external areas, all items are disposed of outwith your property in a safe and secure manner.
